LENT at Holy Trinity
Following the lead of Bishop Graeme Rutherford's address at Holy Trinity in December, Fr Bill is preparing a series of interactive studies on the Old Testament scriptures. Set in the context of the ever-changing fortunes of the nation of Israel, we will look at the forms of literature found in the OT, particularly Myth, History, Law, Wisdom and Prophesy. The studies will include brief and only slightly challenging exercises to do at home and present at the next study.
The studies will be in the Vicarage on Tuesday evenings over Lent, then repeated after the Wednesday service the next morning. They will begin on Tuesday 24 February.

VISITING MR. GREEN by Jeff Baron
Director: Brett Turner
Ross, a young up-and-coming account executive with American Express, is involved in a car accident and ordered by the court to do community service for the victim, Mr Green, a retired dry cleaner. At their first meeting tensions rise, but Ross is determined to win Mr Green over, and every Thursday over the course of three months he arrives with food and companionship. Slowly tensions abate, secrets are revealed and a close bond begins to form between two people who have more in common than either one of them would have thought on their first meeting.
